my suggestion
I think everyone have different problem that lead to depression. Mine is difference than urs, but I think that if I experience the same things you facing instead of experience what i have in my life right now I would feel a lot better, different ppl and different weakness.

I can tell you this eventhough it is very very bad momery, it still at least it did not affect you body physical.

What i am try to say is that you are, in my opinion, still a lot lucky than someone who had to experience some thing like War, Rape, Adused, Horrible accident, that's not only live them suffer in memories but also, left them with for example, lost hand or leg, handicap, aids/hiv all that bad stuff you know.

Some disease or disorder cannot be cured, but if it solely about bad memories, then this only about in ur mind and how you gona have to get over it. I know it not easy for many ppl including me but at least it is cureable if you really wish to make it happen because it only in ur mind.

think about it can ppl who lost their leg, get their leg back?? can ppl who have hiv positive cure them from the virus completely???

you know once I face some things that happen to me that I couldn't take anymore. I feel like I want to jump out of the building to get away from it. But I can't i am too afraid to die, I do not know where I am going to go when I am actually already dead, you never know if heaven or hell really exist or you just gona die ur soul would just disappear forever. There are many things that we do not know in our life, but at least what we can do is happy with what you have right now and try to make it better, "respect the past and represent the future"

good luck man!

my great aunt died at 78 y.o & i was so hurt by her death that my world was black and white for 3 months. soon after my boy friend committed suicide and for 3-4 months i was a zombie. so for 1/2 the year i was numb to the world.
it's so hard seeing someone one day and there gone the next, and your life goes on.
i didnt tell anybody how i felt i just dealt with it. i wish i was able to tell someone how i felt, someone who could relate to me.
your grieving and it's normal.
you have to find someone to talk to, are you able to see a therapist?

i now know when a person passes they are at peace and feel no pain, were the ones that still hurt.

Why do you fear death? Death is not scary... it is simply unknown. God loves you, and is willing to let you into His palace, all you have to do is accept Him! Smile
Good luck!

Death is always a mystery to the living.
When someone close to us or someone who is related to us, passes away, there is usually a gradual snapping of the energy links (called "dhis", in Ayurveda, the medical system of India), that used to connect the departed person with each of the remaining persons, during their life on earth.

This process takes place gradually and sometimes, due to a glitch, remains incomplete between some persons, in which case, memories of the person departed can keep coming back into the mind of the person here on earth!

This might have occurred in this instance and is nothing to be afraid of.
There are several ways this can be remedied, of which the most easy and effective would be certain herbal remedies described in Yoga and Ayurveda.

Hi
I am so sorry your sadness has become overwhelming..To lose someone is a tramtic thing..

I am very concerned about your statement that at times you wish for death..I think you need to speak with a mental health expert to help walk you through your pain..

To be able to see the beauty in life again is not easy but it is there..Take one day at a time, seek the help and pray..

hi there
Im so sorry for what u feel. But i would like to give u some of my experience. i had a very bad childhood the beginning of it was abuse the end of it was a war we were attacked and kicked out of our homes. when i became a teenage i suffered a lot because of my moms suspiciousness and abuse i was so depressed i tried to through myself in Niagara falls in our vacation. i couldn’t afford to go to a therapist but one of them gave me a great advice. she said whenever a bad thought comes delete it. and try to think of anything else when a bad memory attack you try to think of something else immediately think of any other thing even if it is silly first it will be hard but with practice it will be very easy and u will forget bad memories that really hurts you. in addition try to goggle the choice theory it was the best thing i ever learned

$ we don't have
If you will tell me what state and area you live in I will search to find you help..There has to be someone out there who helps people who can't afford it right now..

You don't talk about your grandma..Did you see her pass away? Sometimes a persons death is not easy and they don't leave this earth in a peacful sleep..Sometimes we who are left see the last hours and moments in it's worst form..I unfortuantely saw my moms death in the worst way but I deal with it by saying no to the bad memory and focusing on her smile..They way she was after she changed when she learned she was dying..
My mom was not the nicest of people but when she learned she had little time left she used that time to get right what was wrong..

Please don't hurt yourself
Honey,
You most definetly need help with your stress and grief..Please don't hurt yourself..The pain you cause yourself only makes the stress more..Do you draw or write poems? Will you start a diary and write only good things down..Find the good things no matter how small..Look at a cloud and the many formations there is beauty in them..Look at a flower and take in the fragrance-there is beauty there..Look inside yourself and there is beauty there..Take the memories that come to you and write them down instead of hurting yourself..What about your grandma's passing hurts you the most? Were you close to her? Do you feel responsible in some way?

I gave you two sites above to look for help..The second site actually offers information to free mental health clinics in Michigan..PLEASE take the time to call them..

I promise you there is a more healthy way to deal with lifes pain than hurting yourself..

Did you see there is a new forum for those who inflict injury upon themselves? There is also a site put up by the admin for anyone thinking suicidal thoughts..

Would you tell me about yourself? How old are you? Are you single, married, do you have children? Are you in school? Are you a girl or a boy? What is your favorite movie? Book? Holiday?

Do you believe in prayer? I do and I am saying prayers for you..

I will try and check back every couple hours..Please proimse to not hurt yourself and call one of the sites aboce..

Re Grandma
Honey, I am a grandma with a 6 year old grandson, I would hate it if I thought he would ever blame himself for anything that ever happens to me..My heart is very heavy for you..I am glad I looked at this board and found your note..Please keep talking with me..

You obviously loved your grandma very much..Would she want you hurting yourself or blaming yourself? You couldn't help her and I'm sure she is watching over you with tears knowing you are hurting..Take a moment sometime to close your eyes and picture a loving grandma watching over you..

I am glad you talk to your grandma sometimes that can help..I talk to my mom all the time..I think I told you she passed away and it was 5 years ago..I miss her terribly..I choose to remember her smiling and laughing..I wouldn't want to remember her any other way..I have a big problemwith crying becasue I have a disease called sjorgens and I am so dry in my eyes mouth and nose..So, for me tears are hard to come by..I hope you can cry and I hope you can let your tears flow..There is no harm in crying it takes a strong person to let the tears come..

Do your parents know how you feel? Does anyone know that you have cut yourself? Can you or will you talk with your parents about your feelings? Will you call one of the sites I sent to you? Why do you hate being homeschooled? What is your favorite subject? I am sorry you dislike reading and find books boring..There is so much a good bookcan open up to your eyes..I guess books are like teachers if the teacher is good the world has color and demension..Same with a good book..

You want to have children when you get older-how many? Do you come from a large family? Do you have a pet? I have two dogs and a cat that makes my days smile just from the happiness they bring..

Can you tell me about your grandma..How old was she, what did you do together that made your life so warm? Did she live with you and your family? How long ago did she pass away?

I will check back around 730pm..Stay well honey..
