please i am at my wits end, i hate the sight of my vagina and have thought it through an have decided that i am definitly going to go through with surgery, however i am so embarrsed even to see a doctor even though i know they are trained in this kind of thing! this is making my life an absolute misery it is the last thing i think of when i go to sleep an the first thing i think of when i get up in the morning.. please help me x

so i can completely understand you are a women and would like to change your sex organ.
are you interested in the same sex or opposite sex?
i would see a therapist first so you can really understand what your going through and be more sure of your decission.
