Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The bleeding that you describe does seem abnormal. It could be damage done internally to the organs or your period starting early due to rough sex stimulating uterus to contractions and kickstarting your periods. Visit your gynecologist for a thorough examination to rule out any internal injuries. If the pain (cramps) and the bleeding is severe, then do not delay your visit to the gynecologist.
Take care.
