Did you do it in conjunction with the reverse-kegel (pushing out the pc muscle NOT squeezing in) excercise?

Finally, do you know of any other remedies effective in fixing pe?
(NOT INCLUDING SSRIs, we all know they delay ejaculation but as soon as you come off them you have pe worse than ever and long-term use is dangerous to mental health)
