Niacin(as Niacinamide) 82mg
Vitamin B6(as Pyridoxine HCL) 72mg
Folic Acid 400mcg
Vitamin B12(as Cyanocobalamin) 6mcg
Biotin 300mcg
Pantothenic Acid(as Calcium Pantothenate) 76mg
Calcium(as Citrate, Carbonate) 2g
Phosphorus(as Calcium Phosphate) 228mg
Iodine(from Kelp) 150mcg

will this amount of vitamins harm my body. if yes why?

vitamin dose are you male or female
as a person who was within the mean average of of all these with in your test spectrums, who is healthy with no symptoms relative to each suppliment, i would think not . how ever if you had a imbalance of something which your body was not eliminating properly you could experience a progressive worsening of the symptom or toxificationwhich may or may not be imediately noticed. a balanced healthy diet in most cases could easily supply these values. in any case symptoms would be evident at some stage of this imbalance. The relevance of this situation would differ between male & female & some values would vary depending on age.
