Happened about a week and a half ago. At first I thought I had a hernia. I was pulling my panting up or something a pressed on around just above my penis on the left and I felt a knot and it hurt when I touched it. It was sore for most of the day. Next couple of days it only hurt very little and the day after that didn't bother me at all. Then a day or 2 after that I notice I have a hardened vein on the left of my penis. When I am erect it tends to hurt the most or just randomly when I'm not erect. Where the knot is above my penis it feels sort of like a tube and it leads into my penis to around the top and then goes down. I don't think it is a vein because I don't see any color in it at all on my penis.

If you have any idea what this may be please share, or if you need more info ask. I more then likely will go to the doctor if it doesn't get any better by the end of the week, but I want to see if anyone else has some info.
