my husband has the same thing. i was tested for any and all stds...nothing. theyre like pimples almost but hard no puss or anything, small and white. i am his only partner and none of us have cheated. i have no idea what the are ive looked up pictures of stds and none of them match. he refuses to get it looked at. also he has no feeling of them, no pain no sensation. so i cant help you but...at least youre not alone!
