Q: Hard white skin on Labia Minora

I have a hard white lump of skin on the labia minora, just by the urethal opening I think. It has been there for a good few months now and has not caused me any bother. However, it has recently started bleeding from a hole right in the middle of the skin. Any ideas what this might be?
