Q: Hard to inhale

im 17 ive had a breathing problem for like 5 months. i had a ekg and all that i dont remember if i had a X-ray i think i did but anyways it came back normal...

i keep thinking i have lung cancer or sumin....

but anyways i have trouble breathing like its hard to inhale and it feels like im getting no air and i cant breath thru my nose.....and it feels like a burning sensation in my chest if i try to regulate my breathing...and i yawn constantly.....and i dont know what to do im so scared..........

sumtimes its not there and i dont notice it....but it gets so bad to where i feel like i cant talk....or i might keel over from no air. and it gets reallly bad at night....before i go to bed and i just lay awake there....and its pretty bad in the morning 2.....it gets bad when an issue arrises


will medication help?
and will the medication fully cure me?
im tihnkin aobut getting anti-depressants 2

Breathing difficulties like a sensation of difficult or uncomfortable breathing or a feeling of not getting enough air, chest tightness, chest burning sensation, excessive yawning, can be caused by anxiety.
As you mentioned this problem is far more stressed when an issue appears, and before falling asleep when you are probably going through analyzing and worrying, suggesting that you have an anxiety issue.

Do you get attacks of these symptoms as a a sudden, abrupt episode without apparent reason?
