my guess would be that we r used to a more intense feeling when we do it ourself that when we do it fo real we can't cum without it ...
a help that I'm using is a Fleshlight if u don't know what it is google it, it's a male sex toy... same problem there when u use your hand to move it u can have more speed and it feels better but if u go hands free it only feels good but I've noticed that if I keep training it starts to feel better everytime ... first time was an empty feeling I've worked myself up to that it feels like I'm gonna cum but to cum I still gotta move it with my hand at a greater speed but I'm getting there..
