are you trying to say that you have a hard time making friends because you thin your weird?
if you think that i would have to disagree.
i used to live in philly and i would sometimes go to south street. which is a mile of small stores of all kinds, and they dont close until 2am in the morning. down there you will see people with yellow, green, orange, or head hair, large earings in their noise, or those earlope earrings, large frankenstein shoes, anything you can think of. and these people seem so peaceful.
are you quiet, shy, you dont get out much? i have a hard time finding friends because im not outspoken.

I'm different too, thank goodness we are all different,Imagine how board we would be if everyone was the same! You my friend are as unique as every one is there is only one of each of us that means that we are priceless once any one of us is gone we can't be replaced ( even a twin). the problem is that people are too busy comparing us with the sheep of the world that they overlook the unique gems we all are. I normally loose friends because they cant cope with the fact that i will say what i think, it doesn't necessarily mean i'm right or sometimes i'm right & sometimes the truth hurts. I'm sure you have really good qualities that come from within your heart & compassion & they are qualities that shallow people probably won't ever take the time to see.
You are a true friend to any one smart enough to realise it.

I'm outgoing too, but start talking to people is hard.

Ok, i don't recognise any of those names, but that is because i'm a more senior age group not because of anything else. Hear is something that may help you to talk to people, where ever you are pick something that you could question, like the location of something or if the crowd (or lack of it) is normal for this day of the week, ask it of someone you would like to talk to & see what there answer is they might reply with a question & there you have a conversation. Always start with aquestion but never about yourself. If you want to impress a girl etc use compliments & questions like, wow your hair looks nice have you had it that way for long. these may not be thae best examples but remember it's about being creative with your conversations & keeping them neutral.
