User Profile
After the op, is a hard swelling where the hernia was quite normal? It is 7 days since my op.

It is very common to feel a ridge of firm tissue along the incision in the early weeks after hernia surgery. In most cases, this is the body's normal healing response. However, you should make sure to visit your surgeon for your scheduled postoperative exam, just to be sure that all is well.
