hey i was wondering if some one could tell
me wat my condition is... when i was 11 i
got these small knots in my chest directly
under my nipples about the size of a dime.
i am now 16 years old i have went to the
doctor when i was 15 he told me to do push
ups. but they have only made my nipples
poke out more.... all i want to do is be
able to actually go swimming. or do any
kind of activity that involves taking my
shirt off.(im not obese either.) i only
way 170 lbs. im 6'0 tall. i also do not
have any chest fat. its just that my
nipples feel like their full of liquid air
or something

well, breasts feel kind've lumpy in
general, and nipples have a funny texture,
too.
But really, he told you to do push ups? I
have no idea what he thought that would
accomplish.
If you're concerned, it's a good thing to
bring up with a doctor.... a better
doctor.

Yes, I would agree! Get a second
opinion!!!
Are they sticking out alot under your
nipple? I guess enough to make you feel
embarrassed. Have you shown your parents?
What did they say.
