My husband has developed a hard crusty surface on knees and elbow. they remind me of an old dogs knees all crusty and raised up. What can this be and what can we do for them. We have tried creams and lotions it makes no difference

If you have used Cedaphil and covered it with a cloth at night so that it soaks in and this still has not helped then get to a Dermatologist....You don't want this to get out of hand....Good luck....
