i am 20 years old and about a month ago i noticed a hard bump on my scrotum(not the testicle, the actual scrotum) it isnt very large but is hard to the touch and visible. i dont think it is and std from the research ive done online but im scared and don't know what it could be. at the time it came up i hadnt been sexually active for a couple months. i thought it was a zit at first but it wont pop or go away and it hasnt changed much. is there anything i can do to make it go away with out seeing a doctor. please help, thanks.

Scrotum pain
Let me ask you

Yesterday I was in bad pain near my intestine

I couldn't fart or crap but was able to urinate

I tried warm tea, warm water, and Immodium MD

The Immodium MD broke up a gas bubble but now theres pain in left side and bottom part of my scrotum and feels a bit hard and larger than normal today

I can walk but with a little pain

I sit down and get up with some pain

Could it be inflamation or infection?

Alan

I am 14 and had my testicle removed yesterday- it makes not much visual difference. I had it taken out because it was apparently twisted for three weeks and was getting an infection, which fortunately wasn't given enough time to spread to other parts of my body. Just to let you know- if you find anything wrong, however minor or major it may be, tell someone before it is too late. One testicle is fine though as it operates completely well and functions exactly the same. However, it would probably be better if you keep the two while you can.
