Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If the lump is painless, has no swelling is not increasing in size then it can be left as such.It can be due to allergy, tight bra or a simple boil.Keep observing and self examining it for any changes in the size, shape, consistency, pain etc.
Take Vitamin E tablets once a day for a month and see if there are any changes.
If there is development of any other symptom consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.

Take Care!
