I have a hard painful lump under the fatty pad of flesh of my mons pubis. Feels like its centrally on the pubic bone, just above the vaginal cleft. It does not move, is not itchy and is not noticeable by sight..just touch. It was pea size about 6 weeks ago, now it about size is a butter bean. I have no other symptoms. What could it be?

Hi, welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you.
You seem concerned by the hard painful lump under the mons pubis for 6 weeks or so and increasing in size steadily.
There might be the possibility of swollen lymph node, vulvar cyst or a vulvar carcinoma but the foremost is that you must consult your doctor for definitive diagnosis and management as the same is not possible online.
Hope this helps. Take care.
