it is a hard pimple like lump the size of a quarter on the left side of my anus. it looks and feels like its about to pop. It is oozing a little bit and is extremely painful. any ideas on what to do?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer you a diagnosis based simply upon the informaiton that you have provided. You should certainly see a doctor to have this lump evaluated.
