I have 2 small itchy hard lumps and 2 pea sized itchy hard lumps underneath my skin under my left testicle. one of the the pea sized lumps had a little pus and blood came out of it from me stratching it and then squeezing it.They have been there for 3 months now. At first I thought that there was only 2 and then i relized 2 more came and they get smaller and then bigger and back smaller I think.Also if the area gets dry, you can see its like a white rash around the area where the lumps is and a little farther out. The big lump hurts when I squeeze it.I first noticed them 2 weeks after I shaved down there for the first time, but also I have had like 2 different sex partners in them two weeks but I used a condom both times. I don't know what is wrong with me, but its making me nervous and im really in the position to go see a real doctor because i am out of the u.s.,so can you please tell me what you think it might could be?
