Okay.. so i'm 14 years old and I've had a lump on the top of my left testicle for the last 4 years. I have checked and it is definitely not the Epididymis (or however you spell it..). It is quite small and hard and if i touch it too much i get that aching feeling in my stomach. I also get the aching feeling sometimes without touching it. I've also wanked from quite an early age if that makes any difference.. anyone have any ideas?

Extremely eHealthy
u should let a dr evaluate the situation
if it were torsion which can be sudden from accident , injury etc and can cost the testicle because of lack of blood flow (not that this sounds like torsion)
but go see dr
. . good luck
