Hard lump on edge of anus

I have a small hard lump on my anus, I have a history of hemmeroids and have had a few thromboses ones that I have had to get cut open. However this does not feel like a thromboses hemmeroid. It hurts when I squeeze (as if I was pinching one off) and it hurts to move it around with my finger whereas if it was a thrombosis hemmeroid it would be a constant discomfort all the time(sitting, walking ect). It feels like a solid muscle or something and if I move it side to side it hurts like a sonofa^%&$#. I have been putting a special hemerrhoid cream that was prescribed to me for my hemmeroids and yes it is still good but it doesnt seem to be having any effect. The solid mass is right at the side of the anus closest to the top of my buttcrack. I Currently am off work due to pulled chest muscles and am taking Statex 5mg x1 when in pain, Naproxin 500mg x4 per day, and TEVA-CYCLOBENZAPRINE 10mg x1 at bedtime. The condition did not appear until I started taking these meds and I have been constipated since I started taking these. I have taken exlax last night so that I could at least pass one stool and it worked like a charm but the lump still remains.
