Last week I was playing ice hockey, and went to check someone into the boards, but my stick got stuck in the boards and I skated on to the end of it, right in my groin between my penis and leg, I finished the game, after the game it was very swollen, the bruising came very fast over the next couple of days and it spread onto my thigh and penis, I have trained once and had one game since and every time i play it seams to clear the bruise up more, the bruising has pretty much all cleared up, but i'm now left with a rock hard lump at the point of impact, I think it is a swollen gland, is this normal?? is there anything I should do?? will it go on its own?? It feels very uncomforable to touch or massage.
