Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Anu lump in the breast is not indicative of cancer. There are various other reasons as Fibrocystic breast, mastitis, lipoma etc.It is important if this is associated with any pain, discharge, size change or any other symptoms. It can also be if you are feeding your child. It is rare to have cancer at this stage.
Consider visiting a Physician as the examination of the lump size, shape, surrounding areas also helps in evaluation.

Take Care!
