Both hips replaced, very active prior, jogged, raquetball, handball, weights, softball. Am 65 yrs old, replaced one 4 yrs ago, the other 6 yrs ago. What kind of strenuous exercise is allowed. I am currently doing treadmill walking at 3 mph on incline at level 5, attempting cross trainer at level 10, need to work up sweat and get heart rate up.
