2 weeks ago I noticed a cyst-y hard-ish moves-around, smei painful lump in my cheek- by my back molars on the bottom. It cant be felt on the inside of my mouth, only outside. Right above it is extremely painful when touched. What is this????

IT sounds as if you need a diagnosis from either a dentist or an ENT specialist. It's not worth guessing about, especially as the area needs to be SEEN, visually inspected and possibly undergo a palpitation. I'd suggest that you schedule a doctor's appointment ASAP.
