I have a hard, painless lump in my left breast about 2cm. i believe it to be mobile. however, its gotten a bit bigger in the past month (slowly) and im very concerned. i go for a mammogram next week. im in my late 20s. its not a cyst, i know that for sure. anyone else ever had this problem? ive been a nervous wreck waiting for the mammogram

How do you know that it is mobile? It is pliable?

Also --- one week will really help calm your worries. The mammogram will reveal whether or not the lump is problematic. Mammograms can be quite nerve wracking, so I recommend that you ask someone in your support network to accompany you to the testing center. Just being in a breast cancer specialty office was a little freaky for me. When I had my first mammogram in my late 20's, I wished that I had someone there waiting for me to support me.

Sure thing. Please let us know about your diagnosis and how it goes with the mammogram.
