that doesnt seem normal at all...i would ask your doctor...

hi, when i fell pregnant with my son i was a size 8, by the time i was 9 weeks pregnant i couldnt fit in any of my clothes. so yes it is normal and i think it all depend on the indiviual. my son was born healthy without conplications.in and out the hosptial in the same day.

Are you sure your only 4 weeks???? If yes you maybe having twins as its not normal to be that big at 4 weeks especially if its your first pregnancy but it isnt anything to worry about it may just mean your expecting two bundles of joy or it may mean nothing at all every woman is diffrent but you might want to do some research on symptoms of pregnancy with twins to see if you have any of them
