my friend has had these symptoms for about 4 months,,they last a few minutes then she is normal for a while then they come again,,first she started falling asleep all the time,and when she is talking to you her eyes kind of roll as if she is tired,her legs give way sometimes when she walks,her hands shake when she holds things and she drops things,now she is breathless even just walking downstairs,,at first she got told it was a vit b12 deficiency and has had injections for it,,apparently bloods came back normal but she still has all symptoms,,please help
