Q: Hands are numb at night

my hands are always numb specially at night?whats the cause of this?whats also the solution so i can sleep better tnx

Sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome. Get a hand splint at the local drugstore and wear it at night. If you find that your hands stop being numb when you drop them below your waist, then it is carpal tunnel.
