Q: Hands and arms numb

Hello,
I'm a 39 year old active male and have noticed in the past week I have been waking up with numb hands and arms. I work out 3-5 times per week. My diet is low fat / moderate carb / high protein. I drink de-caf coffee, water, juices, and skim milk. Also, this past week, my seasonal allergies have started up and I have started working outside using my hands and arms quite often. I have no pains throughout my body.

Could it be the way I am sleeping? Or something else?

Thanks

There are several things that can cause this:
-Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (which causes compression of blood vessels)
-Pinched nerve (if you have back problems, they can cause this)
-Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
