I guys hlep me......i am 23 male. My forhead hairs are fallen....most fifty percent gone i am looking like uncle....i want back my hair plz advise me any medicine...tablet....which is most effective Mad

Sounds like you have male pattern baldness.
There are a few ways to help reduce the baldness but
other than a hair transplant your options are limited.
I would be careful believing some of the remedy's you read about.
The good thing is male baldness is caused by higher
testosterone levels and its the higher testosterone levels
that give balding men higher sex drives.
