Q: Hair removal cream and allergies

i used a hair removal cream on my face maybe left it on for a bit to long and after a week i started getting red pimple like sores:(

they got worse i thought it would get better i went to my doctor and he said it looked like acne so he gave me a gel cream but its not realli working:(

its nearly been two months! its annoying looks ugly and i want to get rid of it:(

You may want to consult a dermatologist about your condition because he is more qualified than your GP to find out if you have acne or an allergic reaction and to recommend proper treatment.
