Q: Hair Loss

Hi,

I have severe hair fall in past 3 years. I am just 23 and it seems i will be bald in another 3 years if it carries on like this. When i run through my scalp with nails i get some deposits under my nails. I have changed my shapoo. still the problem exist. I have even changed the oli i apply for my hair. My hair has become dry and very thin. Pl advice me so that i can make my hair healthy and strong. May be i can sustain my hair for atleast another 10 years.
