Q: Hair loss supplements side effects ?

I am experiencing hair thinning. I started taking Hair Formula 37 (Both Step1 and Step 2) last week. I also started taking Hair growth supplement from Allure. These are all just vitamins, minerals and herbs.
HF37 step 1 - 2 tabs a day
HF37 step 2 - 6 tabs a day
Allure - 3 tabs a day

I also take Metformin 1000mg everyday for treating Insulin resistance.

I am concerned because these are a lot of tablets. Will these have any side effects? Can someone please suggest or share their experiences?
