I started losing my hair at 16. Now I am 22 and I have a clear receding hairline. I have been using rogaine since that age and I think it has slowed things down, but not stopped it. I also tried propecia but did not like the sexual effects so stopped. I asked that doctor at 16 if there could be anotehr cause for balding and he said because of the shape of hair loss it is only hereditary.

However, I also have a lot of body hair and have fat accumulating in my thighs and chest which makes me think I have a hromone imbalance. I am also tired all the time and irritable. I was on ADHD and depression medication as well from 16-20. I feel like a freak because no one my age looks like this. Also, sometimes I think it is all because of stress. I am very confused and feel like a freak? Does anyone have any tips?
