My girlfriend and I had oral a couple of weeks ago and then dry humping 2 days later. She basically jerked me off and I pre-ejaculated and she got it on her hand but we waited a bit before we continued. She's now worried that she may be pregnant if she accidently rubbed herself in the vagina during that day. She is 2 and a half weeks late, she had some type of dark colored bleeding a week after our oral and spotting a week after that. Could she be pregnant?

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Your concern is regarding the status of your girlfriend’s pregnancy. Even if there was no ejaculation inside, yet sometimes there are active sperms in the prostatic secretions or precum which can cause pregnancy. But for this the semen needs to be ejaculated inside.

If she has missed her periods, then she should do a urine for pregnancy test or get a serum HCG test done from a gynecologist. It is more likely due to missed periods due to stress or other causes rather than pregnancy.
