Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the ovaries have been functional and you have had egg release at the side where the fallopian tube is patent, and if you had been sexually active at the time of egg release, then chances of pregnancy are a possibility. If you have developed symptoms suggestive of pregnancy and if you suspect chances of pregnancy, then you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for repeat/follow-up with thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets ruled out, further evaluation would be needed to look for the underlying cause for your symptoms. Treatment as appropriate (based on the examination findings and investigation results) would be started to help you to control your symptoms. Consider being in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist and report any abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
