I had unprotected sex the next day of my periods got over. Had an ipill within 24hrs. Bt nw its been 35days and i have not got my menses. Even had home pregnancy test yesterday bt it showed negative results.then what could be the cause of delay?

Hello,
You had sex on the safe day and there was no need to take an I pill.However,as you have taken an I pill,which is a hormonal pill and that is the reason of delay of the cycle.You are nonpregnant and need to wait for cycle.

Thankyou so much doctor. But can you please let me know when should i expect the menses to come? Is there a need to take some medicine to induce periods early?
