Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the spotting that you describe without examination and further evaluation to look for the underlying cause. You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further examination and investigations (vaginal swab/smear test, PAP smear test, hormonal analysis). Possibilities of cervical erosion/vault problems should be ruled out. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigation results) would be started to help you. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating gynecologist and report any unusual symptoms immediately.
Take care.
