I had a pap the other day, two days ago now. The spectrum got stuck on my cervix. And now I have some discomfort as well as a oder from my vagina. Old blood is coming out as well. Not sure if I should go to an urgent care clinic or wait it out till my doctor returns next Tuesday. It is Saturday late afternoon now.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If the symptoms have been persistent or not controlled, (or got worse) even after 48-72 hours, you should not ignore the symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough evaluation to look for the underlying cause. Await your PAP smear results. Get started on treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigations results) to help you control the symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
