Hello. I am 15 and a half years old and i have what i believe is called gynecomastia. There is a round disk-like pieces what i think is fat behind each nipple. My nipples get really big and stick out but if i squeeze them or if i am cold they look somewhat normal. I am not overweight and i play varsity baseball so it's not that i am out of shape. I understand that they could be due to hormonal imbalances. I have had these for more than 3 years and they don't seem to be going away. I have tried doing "testosterone boosting" exercises and running. I even played a full season of football hoping to get rid of them. I haven't consulted a doctor about it because it is a touchy subject and i don't want to talk to my parents about it. I don't ever want to go swimming because of them, i never feel like i can take my shirt off when im with a girl, and it really just sucks not being able to talk to anyone about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
