My gyn prescribed me Duphaston to take for 10 days because she said the wall of my uterus is too thick (10cm), I took from day 16 to 25 of the cycle. During taking Duphaston, I felt like I has become pregnant because of all the sympthom (sour breasts, sensitive nipple, cramp, bloating, craving), then after day 25 I stopped Duphaston.., now day 28 and I'm bleeding.. Does this mean I didn't concieve or I might have concieved but it can't implant because of stopping the med. I read about people taking Duphaston and got pregnant, now I feel I'm so hopeless if it can't help me.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If your doctor/gynecologist has prescribed you Duphaston tablets to help you in inducing the periods, then bleeding that you describe could be the withdrawal bleeding after stopping the medicine use. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation if you suspect chances of pregnancy. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
