Q: Growth under eyelid

Ok so I recently had a bacterial infection just under my right nostril but it was drained and now it's healing. However, tonight after my shower I noticed that I had a huge bump underneath my eyelid. It doesn't hurt but my vision is a little off and my eye is a little watery.
Please help!
