Growth outside Vagina

I have recently developed a growth just outside my Vagina which I'm really worried about.
It's not a skin tag or wart due to the complex nature of the growth, it looks almost like an embedded cauliflower the size of a small pea.

I'm 20 and sexually active yet it doesn't look like anything I've looked at STD wise on the Internet.

If anyone can help me identify it it would help a lot, thank you.
