Q: Growth on nipple with black dots

I have recently noticed that i have a growth of some sort on my nipple. It's about a tan color with little black dots on the growth. I have two of them, on is slightly bigger then the other. Is this something that I should be concerned about?

Extremely eHealthy

Nipple lesions are rare appearnce and usually can be misdiagnosed.

I wont speculated around possible diagnosis, but, I'll suggest you to visit your physician (especially, if you get some sensations in that area like itching, burning).
