Ok so I have a really weird thing growing on my back gum, where my wisdom teeth would be (I'm 19 they haven't grown in). It look like a little pointy bump, it doesn't hurt but is just irritating because its there. I haven't gone to the dentist in a long time and am wondering if this is something I should be worried about.
