Hello, my name is Rehael. I am a 16 Years old pretty complexed teen.

At School or more generally in comparison to other boy's my age, I notice a a significant difference in height and Weight. Now I'm just a skinny boy who never did any kind of exercise. But these last days I got to the point where I'm doubting my growth. Is it normal? Is this an illness, are my hormones doing their work ? My Parents refused to even start the topic with me.
Altho there is a rather BIG Difference between me and my brother who is 19 but already much, much bigger than me. Sad

For information, My height is 174cm ( I believe it equals 5'7 ) for 72 KG(158lbs?)

You will probably grow some more but if you don't, your height is considered normal. My son was small for his age and he was so worried that he would be short like his mom @ 5 ft 2...he finally sprouted and he is now 5 ft 11 and 19 years old & if he stands sideways he will disappear from your sight.

Genetics generally play a role in a persons size. Are both your parents tall? You mention that your brother is much bigger than you. Do you recall what size he was when he was your age?

Thanks also, Althou 170cm might be considered normal around the world.
it really is not the case here in Norway.

My brother was maybe around 177 at that time. but he weights a less than me, even today. he is 182cm for 63kg

Also, our parents are both shorter than us. mother being 160cm and father being that is 178cm

I Have another question. From your last post, Genetics seem to be the main factor that determines a person's height.
Then are there any other factors? Possibly ones where human interaction could play an efficient role.
One would think that nutrition is part of that but i'm not sure.

Nutrition could but unless you were serverely malnourished then I think you will be just fine.

Does this mean that the nutrition factor is only a small one?

Too bad. I had hoped to be able to enhance my nutrition for a better growth Sad.

Thanks for your insight.
