Hello,

I am a 19 year old virgin, never had sex before. I have these tiny skin colored clusters on my foreskin which dont hurt or itch, but look a bit like genital warts. I was reading that its impossible to catch the virus without sex.
But i am not sure? I have had this for about a year and its really annoying me. I have about 4 clusters of about 15 tiny dots together, and also around the crown of my penis tiny dots which go all the way around.

Please help!

what i think you may have

there called fordyce spotsi have them to its not rare just enlarged sweat glands and sometimes they form a ring around the shaft its actually very common in men but they always think its herpes and keep to themselves you can pop them but that can lead to scarring and when just explain to the future girlfriend that its spots, treatment options are there but its constant there is no cure usually people with a bit more oily than average skin have them
