Recently I have felt some discomfort in my upper/inner thigh area and it was fine until I took my dogs running one day. After wards I would feel it when I lift my knee up or when I run. No real pain or anything, just mild discomfort. I thought it might have just been a groin pull but my friend suggested it might be a hernia. I'm having a bit of trouble trying to distinguish which is which from the symptoms I have looked up on the internet. What do you guys think?

palpate
well you can feel the hurnia with your fingers take you index and your middle finger and palpate the area(push down and lift up) you will feel like a baloonish type thing there and its a sign of a hurnia. If you continue with problems you should really see a Dr.
