I have had kidney problems since 12 (now I am 21) I am a 6'4 230 pound Male. I have been diagnosed with IGA Nethropathy which is now in remission. I have passed 18 kidney stones. I have 20 non ubstructing in each kidney. That is my diagnosed medical history.

I now have since Jan 07 have had chronic pain in my groin/pelvic area and burning and sharp urination with blood in my urine. I do not have white blood cells in it and have been tested for a stone and infection. I have had several RECENT CT and X-rays done of the area and been checked for all the usual stuff including infection, kidney stones, my previous disease, bowl build up, and every other typical cause.

I have been researching my symptoms and have come to find that two things match up with what I am dealing with. The minor of the two is "Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome" which has an unknown cause and unknown treatment. The major of the two is Bladder Cancer, which I have every symptom of and have had these in order. Including the sudden and heavy (30 pound) weight loss which happened over the summer during which I was not active at all physically or eating a diet that would be reason for that loss of weight.

I need to know if after having these conditions for a year, the cancer would have shown up. Or if its possible it wouldn't have yet. If that is the case I need to know ASAP so I may start treatment. If it is neither of these things or possibly something else, please let me know.

If anyone doctor or otherwise has information on what I have stated today please post it. I am in a lot of pain every day and have had trouble finding work because of it. I have no health insurance and can't afford it or the tests to further investigate these symptoms. So please I will take any help offered. Thank you.
